The finger hole is genius

Wasn't sure about the hole in the blade but it gives so much control. I use it for everything now — deboning, veg, even breaking down fish.

Beautiful forged blade and comfortable handle. Like any real blade it wants a quick touch-up now and then. Paired it with the Honewood roller and it stays scary sharp.
